This CPD course is for the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs), Lawyers, Paralegals, law graduates and students.


Description:


In this CPD session, participants will gain an understanding of the essentials of Intra-Company Transferee Work Permits in Canadian immigration, including key concepts and LMIA exemptions. They will learn to identify the eligibility criteria and requirements for businesses and employees involved in ICT applications. The session will delve into role-specific qualifications for executives, managers, and specialized knowledge workers, using case studies for practical insights. Participants will also become proficient in the application procedures, understanding the necessary documentation and compliance strategies for successful ICT work permit applications. Additionally, they will explore the standard validity periods and extension guidelines for ICT work permits, gaining knowledge on how to maximize permit duration and create convincing applications.
