This CPD course is for the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs), Lawyers, Paralegals, law graduates and students.

Upon completing this session on "Handling Authorization to Return to Canada (ARC) Applications," participants will be able to: 1) Understand the ARC's role in Canadian immigration law, including its definition, importance, and differentiation from other removal orders. 2) Navigate the ARC application process, recognizing the nuances distinct from Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) applications, and comprehend the necessary documentation and fee structures. 3) Identify and articulate strategies to address causes of removal, incorporating humanitarian considerations and preventing recurrence of the reasons leading to removal. 4) Handle complex scenarios involving misrepresentation and deportation orders, equipped with knowledge about special cases and biometric requirements. Participants will also have the opportunity to clarify doubts and solidify their understanding through a Q&A session.
